I’m Dr. Sravani Reddy, a physician, certified family medicine specialist, DIabetologist, and integrative mental health practitioner. With over a decade of experience spanning clinical care, psychological counseling, and healthcare leadership, I created Ungrief as a space where people can be heard, held, and healed.
As the author of Ungrief, my work began in grief therapy. Over time, I expanded into a more comprehensive mental health model -one that integrates science, emotional resilience, and compassionate care to support individuals facing anxiety, trauma, loneliness, and major life transitions.
